With a real fun atmosphere throughout their charity day, the staff at Greenhous DAF in Willenhall raised a fantastic £1,749.01 in aid of Compton Hospice in Wolverhampton.

Organiser Helen Cooper said: "We have to say a massive thank you to all that helped with our Charity Day this year. To have raised an amazing £1,749.01 is fantastic. It is a record. I'm sure Compton Hospice will be truly grateful for our donation and be able to put it to very good use."

The theme for the day was Cops and Robbers, with staff dressing up as villains, FBI agents, prisoners and cops.A whole host of opportunities to part with money were on offer which included, raffles, food for sale, guess the weight of a scrumptious chocolate cake, a football card, pick a bottle of wine or water and decorated wine glasses.
