Craig Rock has been working for Greenhous Commercials in Willenhall for 13 years. As a parts van sales person he is in contact with customers on a daily basis. Craig has a friendly approach and his interaction with customers can lead to extra business for the Greenhous Commercials parts department.

Recently Craig’s networking with customers has led to a successful link being struck with a major national environmental firm which sources parts for its local commercial truck fleet.  Such is the appreciation of the management at Greenhous Commercials parts that Steve Crick, Parts Director, nominated Craig to DAF as an Outstanding Sales Person for the last quarter.  There are around 14 DAF dealerships in the region and Craig has been successful and has received £100 in vouchers.

Craig was surprised and delighted with the award saying: “I am really pleased with the award. I try to put the company first, and to know that I have played a part in getting a partnership with this firm is great. I try to be friendly wherever I go and if they ask for a contact in our sales department I am more than happy to help out. The company is always looking for new business opportunities.”

From Steve Crick’s point of view Craig’s attitude is an example to all, explaining: “Craig, like all of our parts van and parts sales drivers are our ambassadors out there in the community. It is always a pleasure to seek a reward for hard-working and innovative colleagues. Greenhous Commercials has some excellent staff and we are well regarded by our customers due to the high levels of customer service we offer.”

Craig is from nearby Wednesfield and lives with his partner and step daughter. He is a Wolverhampton Wanderers fan and also finds time to help run the Creswell Wanderers Under 16 football team.
