“We have recently acquired from Greenhous Commercials a DAF FAQ 450 bhp day cab. The impressive new DAF truck combines REL skip and trade waste wheelie bin collections within the same vehicle. This reduces our carbon footprint and lessens the need to send two separate vehicles to one collection point. The new truck will enable Cartwrights to further expand our trade waste and REL Skip collections.”

John continued: “We have 7 DAF skip trucks at present, one of which has a trailer. The reliability of the DAF trucks and the back-up from Greenhous through the service and warranty provision has been excellent. The new vehicle has impressive fuel consumption and cab comfort for the driver. It will prove to be a highly versatile addition to our fleet. It means we can now upgrade another vehicle to be used on an additional collection round.”
